How we work
Our Production Process
From Natural Harvest to Export-Ready Products
Every reed we supply passes through a carefully controlled production process designed to ensure consistent quality, clean appearance, and reliable export standards.
Step 1
Sorting & Classification
Freshly harvested reeds are carefully sorted according to their length and diameter. This classification ensures that every product meets the specifications required for its intended application.
Step 2
Mechanical Cleaning
All reeds pass through our specialized cleaning machines, where they are thoroughly processed to remove leaves, short reeds, weeds, and foreign plant materials. This guarantees clean, uniform, and high-quality raw material before production begins.
Production splits into two lines
Fencing Reed & Thatching Reed
Line A — Fencing Reed
A1 — Precision Cutting
Both ends of the reeds are precisely cut to the customer's required length, ensuring a clean and uniform appearance.
A2 — Standard Bundling
Reeds are tied into standard bundles with a circumference of 60 cm for consistent handling and transport.
A3 — Export Baling
Bundles are compressed and baled for container or truck loading, optimized for maximum efficiency.
Line B — Thatching Reed
B1 — Manual Quality Inspection
Reed bundles between 180–225 cm undergo meticulous manual inspection. Bent, imperfect or unsuitable reeds are removed by our experienced team.
B2 — Standard Bundling
Approved reeds are tied into standard bundles with a circumference of 60 cm, ensuring uniform quality.
B3 — Export Baling
Finished bundles are baled for container or truck loading, ensuring safe international transport.
